Cancellation & Refund Policy: You may cancel up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund or credit. Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the start time receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time are non-refundable. If we cancel due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or credit. To cancel or inquire about a cancellation, please call us by phone. No-shows are charged the full rate. All timeframes refer to the program’s scheduled start time (local time).

The motorboat can take up to 12 people total — 10 guests + 2 crew members (including your private captain).
If you’d like to add onboard catering, we can arrange it! In that case, up to 8 guests may join to allow room for food service and a server.

Only guests aged 12 and above are allowed to participate.

No — a photographer is not included. We’ll take you to the best selfie spots, and you take your own pictures.
If you’d like, you’re welcome to bring your own professional photographer on board (they count as one of the guests). -
The tour does not run in bad weather. For your safety, we’ll reschedule your trip to another convenient time free of charge.
